I am a trained statistician, computational scientist and bioinformatician living in Berlin.

Check out my Research! I currently work on developing graph-based learning algorithms and software platforms for spatial transcriptomics technologies, and I am also interested in biological knowledge graphs as well as other machine learning approaches to analyzing omic datasets.

I have lead and conducted some number of Bioinformatics Projects, and developed several Software packages for achieving my research.
